Crown Care Collective Service Terms & Conditions
1. Services
Crown Care Collective services are provided free of charge by licensed professionals, volunteers, and staff. All services are offered for participant comfort and confidence; they are donated services and are not guaranteed as medical, therapeutic, or cosmetology treatment.
2. Preparedness Requirement
To receive hair services, hair must be cleansed, fully dried, and completely detangled prior to arrival. Students who arrive without proper preparation may not receive services.
3. Assumption of Risk
By participating in Crown Care Collective events or services, the participant, or the parent/legal guardian if the participant is under 18, acknowledges that hairstyling and grooming services may involve physical contact and inherent risks. By participating, you voluntarily assume those risks.
4. Release of Liability
Kidz On The BLOK, its volunteers, staff, licensed stylists, barbers, partners, and service providers are not liable for any claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in Crown Care Collective activities, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
5. Photo, Video, and Media Release
By participating, you grant Kidz On The BLOK, its volunteers, staff, licensed stylists, barbers, and partners permission to capture and use photos, videos, and testimonials for promotional, educational, social media, website, reporting, or fundraising purposes without compensation.
6. Minor Consent
For participants under 18, a parent or legal guardian must consent to these terms before the participant receives services.
By registering for Crown Care Collective services, you agree to these Crown Care Collective Terms & Conditions and acknowledge Kidz On The BLOK’s general Website Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
