At Kidz on the BLOK, no child should have to choose between a haircut and other basic needs. Our flagship program brings free grooming services directly to students throughout the school year, so every kid — no matter their family's financial situation — walks into the classroom feeling sharp, confident, and ready to learn.

We don't just offer haircuts; we create change. Kidz on the BLOK has empowered hundreds of students across Central Ohio through free grooming services, self-esteem workshops, and youth-led initiatives. Every haircut, supply bag, and mentoring moment is part of a bigger mission: helping young people feel proud, prepared, and powerful.

Founded by beauty professionals and community advocates, we believe self-esteem should never be a barrier to a child's potential. That's why we go beyond the chair — offering hands-on programming such as our Beauty Is Organic workshop series, entrepreneurship training, and leadership development, alongside every free haircut and style. Because when a child looks good, they carry themselves differently — and that confidence follows them into the classroom, the community, and every room they walk into.
